The Use of A.I in Business
Hey everybody, welcome back!
This week’s post will be discussing Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
CRM consists of any tool, strategy, or process that helps businesses better
organize and access customer data.
Salesforce provides Customer Relationship Management software and applications focused on sales, customer service, e-commerce, analytics. marketing automation and application development.
The website begins with a four-stage training programme to familiarise
yourself with the website. Plan your pipeline, sell your way, sell smarter,
close more deals.
Salesforce works with Trailblazer to provide courses in all areas of
business for free! I focused on one course 'Industries Contract Lifecycle
Management' by Vlocity managed packages is for customers in the areas of
communications, media, energy, health and insurance.
The course had multiple modules, which introduced contract types and
lifecycle states, the types covered were Sales Contracts, Non-Disclosure
Contracts and Partnership Contracts.
Firstly, 'Reports & Dashboards' which helps you make better data driven decisions, a useful took for any area of business! This module showed me how to make reports, navigate a Salesforce dashboard and enter data.
Following on, I did a course titled 'Preference Manager' which focused on creating and hosting self-service forms. Preference Manager also has dashboard on Salesforce, this module helped me explore this dashboard and how the feature helps me meet privacy law requirements. Great knowledge for anyone in business too.
Overall, from my modules on Salesforce I learned so many new helpful tools and information which I can take forward with me. My personal favourite was ‘Industries Contract Lifecycle Management’ it only took around 40 minutes and I learned so much great, relevant information.
I hope this encouraged you all to give Salesforce a shot and learn a new skill in only ten minutes instead of scrolling through your phone!
Very Interesting courses, I might have a look at some of them
